Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds after an order has been placed. No modifications may be made after the shipping label has been created. (Double check your shipping address.) No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please email with questions PRIOR to placing your order. In the rare event your orchid comes dead on arrival reach out and we will find a solution. All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package.
