Please be prepared for your order to ship when you place your order as we do not hold orders. Delayed and lost packages must be filed with the carrier service you selected at checkout. Once the carrier receives your package OBT Orchids is no longer responsible for loss or damages. If for any reason I have to delay an order you will receive an email.
